Curious who everyone is using for their background checks other than the bondability check. We have had several new employees lately that we hired as a teller or other area that the check came back clean. Then when applying for NMLS to work as an FSR we found criminal convictions. We would like to find a more reliable source to prevent such hires and then finding out they are not bondable.
