Looking for input as to other Credit Union's employee finances policies, particular to NSF's and Overdraft Privilege usage. We currently have a 3 NSF's in a twelve month period may result in account closure. For Overdarft Privilege, heavy or excessive usage of the privilege will result in notification of employee finances responsibilities, and use of the privilege in a manner that is not inadvertant (ex. employee takes a withdrawal in an amount greater than their balace resulting in an ODP fee and a negetive balance) will also result in notification. Further instances are also addressed with the possibility of removal from the Privilege program.
Any input and details on what others are doing would be appreciated!
