Employee Loan Policy

Hi!   I have been asked to request information about your employee loan policies....how do you handle employee loans?   Are they treated the same as any other member?   Do you provide a special interest rate?  Do you have a seperate policy that is dedicated just to employee loans?  Currently   our employee loans are vaguely addressed in our Consumer Loan Policy but we are currently looking to break that out into its own policy.  Does anyone have an employee policy that they would be willing to share or any thoughts on this matter?  wardc@fivestarcu.com    Thanks!
