Good morning,
Our IT department is having difficulty creating reports in ARCU which pull changes made for joint owners (name changes, address changes, etc.). If an account has a joint owner and a beneficiary and a change was done to the beneficiary's information, the report will list that change as a change under the beneficiary's name and the joint's name. If a change was made to both, the report will list each change under each name and mix the info in every possible way. I was told that ARCU does not recognize the difference between a joint or beneficiary. Has anyone else experienced this issue and come up with a solution? An example of the report has been attached. Any help would be much appreciated!
