Has anyone completed or have plans to complete the FFIEC Cybersecurity Assessment? If so, who at your Credit Union is heading up that project and did you develop or do you have a detailed plan for completing? Also, can you give me an idea of the amount of resources it took to complete? I'm with Avadian Credit Union out of Birmingham, AL and our asset size is around $615M. It's on the NCUA's list of Supervisory Priorities for 2016 so we are hoping to complete, or at least have it in process, before they incorporate it into their examination process in the second half of 2016.
