Findings Summary to Audit Committee

I have been requested to prepare a summary of findings in place of individual audit reports, including some kind of ranking (significant, moderate, low).  I would appreciate getting a sample from anyone that is already doing this type of reporting.  Thanks.jp_springsted@texanscu.org
