Five-Consecutive-Day Off Rule

Hi,

We have a policy where each full-time employee must take at least five consecutive days away from the office every year (this can be vacation or sick time).  With the challenges that we're faced with the pandemic, we're trying to see if staffing-wise, we can still enforce this policy.  Some companies we've spoken to are waiving this requirement, while others think it's more important now than ever. Any thoughts?  Appreciate it!
