I am trying to implement the required Freddie Mac Quality Control program here at our credit union. I know many people just outsource this function, but we are trying to see if we can handle this ourselves. The areas where I am running into problems is on reverification of income and assets as well as the field/desk appraisal process. If anyone is familiar with conducting these audits and is willing to help answer a few questions I would be eternally greatful!
