Our Collection Manager has asked me to post the below question. If anyone is willing to share what your credit union does, please let me know.
I just have a general question and would like your opinion – do you know how most credit unions handle borrower response packages and which department serves the member? Also, do you know how other CU’s handled deceased accounts relating to successors in interest?
