We are considering hiring an outside firm to conduct an audit of our Human Resources and Payroll function. Management prefers this to be conducted by an external firm because of privacy issues but is also concerned about the cost and the resulting value. I would appreciate your input if you have hired an outside firm for an HR audit, what specifically did they audit, and did you/the SC find it worth the cost? slinman@altaone.net
