I've been asked to create a 3-5 year plan for the Internal Audit/Compliance department. Ideally, this document will be incorporated into the Strategic Plan maintained by Senior Managment and the Board. We are approximately $172 million in assets. Our deparment is made up of myself (FT) and a part time college student that assists me with audits. Does anyone have a document or guidance that I could use to get started? Any help is appreciated!
