Good afternoon,I am looking to compare the department structure of various size credit unions. Our asset size is $567M, 11 branches, and 3 FT employees in the department. These consist of an Internal Audit Manager, Senior Staff Auditor, and Audit Assistant. The IAM reports to (dotted line) the CEO and Supervisory Committee (solid line.) This department reviews over 50 daily, monthly, and quarterly reports, in which about a quarter of these require formal communication reports to be sent out. We also perform branch audits on all of our branches annually. On top of this, we perform the required audits such as BSA, ACH, SAFE Act, etc. I am trying to get a feel for the workload as well in other Internal Audit Departments of various sizes. Thank you!
