We have never done an internal audit risk assessment before, and I am trying to start one for all the auditable entities in my CU. I understand these can and will look different for each CU. Does anyone have a template or anything I can see to get me to a starting off point that they would be willing to share with me.
I really appreciate any and all guidance and direction with this.
