We recently updated our Internal Audit charter and are working on updating our Supervisory Committee charter.
The Internal Audit charter was approved by the Supervisory Committee when the update was completed, but later when we found an old version of this charter we saw it had been signed by the committee chair and CEO. We can understand the chair signing it, but did not know if the CEO should sign it for Internal Audit independence.
We were wondering if you have these charters, are they signed by individual(s) or just approved by the Supervisory Committee? If they are signed, who signed them?
