I've seen this asked before but with very little response. I wonder if by now things have changed? Our credit union is no longer paying bonuses based on achieving credit union goals. Each quarter, we must come up with new goals (typically two, with target and stretch indicators to meet). I am about to climb the walls trying to come up with something more. I'm the only Internal Auditor, and it is "on me" to come up with something meaningful. Last quarter, it was a project determining what our process was for handling member complaints (we had no set process), investigating best practices, and coming up with recommendations. Plus, creating reporting & graphs for reporting Closed Accounts to the Supervisory Committee. I would love to hear from as many of you as possible!1. How are bonuses determined for Internal Audit at your credit union; individual or credit-union?2. For those of you with individual goals, please share some ideas that you've used. Thank you!
