Internal Risk/Control/Oversight Committee

Hello, 

We are looking to form an internal risk committee that would cover topics such as risk/ERM, controls, CFPB prepardness, etc. The official name of the Committee is yet to be determined.  Does anyone have an oversight committee like this compromised of internal staff and if so, would you be willing to share a copy of the charter?
