Good Morning!
We are looking at adding a position at our credit union and are wondering what other credit unions use for a job title and a job description for a position like this. The position would be for a New Membership Reviewer. Their main responsibility would be to review all of the new memberships and changes to existing accounts. Currently we have a Member Service Rep that does this but we would like to move this duty out of the Operations area and into the Compliance and Risk department. This new position would also be a backup for other reviews (not audits) such as file maintenance changes.
Any information that you could share would be greatly appreciated.
