Would you be willing to send me your large offage policy?  We are wondering if it's time to revise ours, due to losing some very good employees.   Also, do you still have member-completed tickets?  Since going electronic a few years ago, our ability to recover an offage has decreased considerably.  So it may make sense to revise our policy.thanks,  Sherry     swenger@interracu.com
