Good afternoon!
Does anyone have an example of a loan policy that includes some sort of mention of late fees? Our examiner is stating that we should have late fees in our policy. Not sure that I agree with that but wanted to see what you all do and if you have an example. My email is mswaney@eriefcu.org is you wish to share an example.
