Mandatory Time Off Requirements

Good morning,

Do you require all staff to surrender their keys, laptops, cash drawers, etc. when they take their mandatory time off? I typically see keys and cash drawers surrendered for branch operation staff, but back office staff are not required to surrender their keys. What are your current practices at your credit union?
