I had someone ask me if, when our members change a PIN in a branch, there is a requirement that this is done on a PIN pad or if it could be done on a standard keyboard (in both cases the PIN pad/keyboard is connected to a terminal and the change is being made in the Core system). Anyone know if there is any PCI guidance on requiring a PIN pad for a member to change his/her PIN in a branch?
