Good Morning - We are in the process of drafting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a business valuation in conjunction with a merger. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone has had a valuation completed; if so, would you be willing to share the RFP? And do you have any firms you would recommend? Thanks so much!
