Hello,
Would anyone be willing to share their CUs process for opening new accounts. Specifically who is involved in taking member applications and if there is any review process. Does one person take the application and enter into the system and a second employee review the application to ensure all items are filled out and it was entered in the system correctly?
What are the controls in place to ensure the application is filled out completely and that all necessary information has been obtained from the member.
