We are looking at expanding our Supervisory Committee to include volunteers that don't have voting rights but are there to learn and participate in discussions. Does anyone have such a position and if so could you send me a position description? We are considering a title such as "Associate Supervisory Committee member". We are trying to elevate the "volunteer" so they feel like they are more involved than just listening. slinman@altaone.net
