Number of SC Member and Frequency of Mtgs

Good morning,

For those credit unions who have 3 members of the Supervisory Committee:

Are there any issues with only having 3 members?  

How often does the SC meet?

For all others:  I would love your thoughts on 3 vs. 5 SC members. (Maybe you once had three and now have 5 - what did/did not work well.)
