Just curious who you include on your official line of credit review? Based on things I have read, it appears that it should be anyone on the BOD, the C-suite, and anyone in a position to approve loans below certain guidelines. I was new to the credit union environment last year and was instructed that it was sufficient to perform just a review of the BOD. However, I recently found and went back to look at prior years' reviews and they included all of the individuals mentioned above. I have a decent audit program, I just want to make sure that I am reviewing everyone that I should be. It seems logical that a review of all aforementioned individuals would be a good idea. Thanks for any feedback you can provide.
