Looking to get some feedback from Credit Union's who offer online account opening, do you require singed account agreement? We are considering making changes to our current process and not require signed account agreement, but require a copy of their ID as a source of signature verification. We use out of wallet verifications to help perform CIP and send all disclosures electronically.
Any feedback on your process is greatly appreciated.
