Our credit union is exploring the idea of setting up online appointments with members by video chat (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc).
I was wondering if anyone else has either implemented online appts or is considering adopting this feature. I'm curious to know what the compliance and risk implications are and anything we need to be especially mindful of. Do you have disclaimers about appropriate member behavior and the fact that the credit union is recording the session? What types of transactions can be conducted by video chat? Any policies, procedures, or risk assessments you have and are willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
