My CU is currently looking at who should be responsible for BCP. Our IS Department has always owned it in the past, and while they will continue with the Disaster Recovery side for systems, they want to offload the risk assessments, BIA, recovery plan and testing responsibilities to the business units.
I was curious as to who in your CU owns the BCP function?
