Our credit union has recently changed ATM processors from Co-Op to FiServ EFT. When with Co-Op, we had to complete a PIN & Key Encryption audit every two years. I haven't been able to determine if there is a similar requirement with FiServ, but I am suspecting there is. Does anyone have experience with this processor and their requirements?Lori ChaseRivermark Credit Union
