Are there legal ramifications with collaborating/sharing code with another credit union? We have developed a handful of innovative solutions for integrating with our vendor products. Some credit unions and others have expressed interest in getting a copy of these solutionsThe PowerOn Marketplace (hosted by Symitar, our core system provider) is a location for credit unions to share innovative solutions. We are considering sharing some of our code on the marketplace site but want to know: 1) Does your credit union have experience sharing code in this forum? 2) Did you have a policy for code sharing? 3) Do you have a legal disclaimer attached to any code you share? Also, would you be willing to share your policy and/or legal disclaimer? Thanks!
