Good morning! I am reaching out to see how your CU’s handle written procedures.
- Who is responsible for writing them?
- How often are they reviewed?
- Who initiates the review process?
- Where are written procedures stored – internal intranet, software that organizes and stores them, a network drive that the appropriate staff have access to, etc.
Our HR department is looking to formalize this area of the credit union and asked me to reach out and see what others are doing.
