For those of you who hold officer titles such as VP, SVP, AVP, etc...If you were promoted into that position- and not hired day one at that title- were you promoted by Senior Mangament or by the Supervisory Committee? I would like to know if the Supervisory Committee has promotional authority as your direct supervisor. Thanks in advance for your responses and have a wonderful thanksgiving.
