Good Morning!
I cannot find in Reg CC where verbal notification only of a check hold is compliant and no written notification is made (does not include front office as we put this on the transaction receipt). Does anyone else do this when an extended hold is placed back office and the member is informed by a phone call? Do you follow up with a written notification. If so, where in the Reg is this?
Also, for members who have provided an email address to be used, do you send the extended hold notification vial email?
