Remittance Transfer Rule - Revisited

Hello,

I am seeking feedback again, since the transfer rule was revised, on what other credit unions are doing regarding international wires and person to person transfers.......i.e., discontinuing these services, using a third party vendor (who will provide disclosures, receipts and accept some/all liability), etc. If using a third party vendor for PTP transfers and for wire transfers who is the vendor or vendors? My CU was initially looking at MoneyGram for PTP transfers but no decision has been made .....
