As a result of COVID-19 developments and keeping employees and members well-being in mind, our audit shop is considering building an audit program that will allow us to conduct branch audits remotely/virtually. We are interested in whether other credit unions have given this any consideration. If so, what best practices or audits procedures are you using or considering? Any insight, comments, recommendations, suggestions, etc. would be greatly appreciated.
