Reporting Member Complaints to the Supervisory Committee

I am preparing to update the Supervisory Committee on member complaints at our next quarterly meeting. I am trying to plan how I should present the information (verbal or using a spreadsheet or other format) and how much detail is necessary to share with the Supervisory Committee. I have not updated the committee since I arrived here (just under a 1 year), so I am not sure of the process. My plan going forward is to update the committee at every quarterly meeting.

Could you share your process on how often, the details shared and the format for sharing the information? I appreciate your feedback. Many thanks!
