Residential Address vs PO Box

Good Thanksgiving Black Friday Morning!

What do you do to ensure that you have a current street address on file for your members? 

We have found that addresses have been updated to a PO Box but no information on the street address is retained.  This is for existing accounts and not new accounts being opened.
