Do you have a letter that is sent to members when they have not paid their Safe Deposit Box fees? In may be state specific, so we are in California. The purpose of the letter is to inform the member of the fees due as well as notify them of the closing and box drilling if appropriate.
We currently send a letter but do not know if it is in compliance so I would just like to compare it to what others use. slinman@altaone.net.
