I was wondering how many Credit Unions use a secure email encryption software (ZIX, etc.) for all external correspondence done by Credit Union staff. If you do NOT use something like that, what are your credit unions policies regarding external correspondence and the transmission of NPI? Any help and information you can give will be greatly appreciated!
