Sharing Data with your external auditors/examiners

Is there a company/program you use to share data/information with your external auditors or examiners? We had one that worked well but IT cancelled it not realizing we still used it. We would upload rates, minutes, policies, procedures, etc... to the site where they could download ahead of the audit or exam or when onsite. IT is now recommending OneDrive but I wanted to see if anyone else used another product. Thank you
