Good afternoon,
I am interested in gathering the following information related to wire transfers:
1. # of wires monthly/annually (incoming and outgoing)
2. Dollar of wires monthly/annually (incoming and outgoing)
3. # of employees working wires/in the Electronic Banking Department.
4. Are your wire transfer employees in a separate Electronic Banking (or other name) Department and if so, what is the name of the group.
We feel like our wire volume has increased significantly both in person and OLB member requested wires.
