Supervisory Committee Meetings

Can some of you share who attend the supervisory committee meetings at your credit union? For the past 10 years, the CEO, Lead Internal auditor/Internal auditor, and SC members. Now, the CEO wants to delegate attending the SC meetings to one of the senior managers. Appreciate your input.
