Do you have a template or an example of how you present items that requires a committee action/approval? I'm submitting a report this month for the Audit Committee to approve four management’s responses to accept the risk. I have the items listed on the agenda and on our executive summary but was curious how other institution present theirs for approval. Please email your template or advise to cduval@achievacu.com
