Templates/Forms for New Auditor

Good morning all, I'm my credit union's first internal auditor. I've received audit templates/questionnaires from our outside auditing firm, but would like some additional materials. For example, I've seen reference to an 'Audit Findings Template' and 'Audit Report Template' on this forum. I'd appreciate any useful templates that you use to get the job done.
