Training for Collectors

We are conducting an audit over our Collections Department, and I had a few questions.

1. Do any of your organizations require a specific amount of training for your Collectors, as a best practice?
2. Do any of your Collectors have any kind of certifications?
3. How is training for the Collectors monitored/tracked?
