Does your training department train new employees in your live directory? Our Training Dept has just requested additional user privileges (to post to a Deceased account; we allow new trainees to post the mail for "practice"). I would like to see them train new hires in a test directory rather than live. Wondering which way your credit union does it and if you have any thoughts? Thanks. Sherry Wenger, Interra CU
