I am looking for anyone that is utilizing and getting results for the Verafin Common Point of Purchase feature. We are really struggling with finding the CPP on confirmed fraud cards and are finding that Verafin is just not giving us what we need. We have had 2 phone training sessions with Verafin and still not 100% sure we are utilizing the function to its maximum potential.
