Hello all,
During a recent branch audit, I came across what I would call blind spots in video coverage regarding teller stations. One point of view is that we need to focus on the member coverage in order to get a good picture in case of a robbery. Another view is, we also need to focus on the teller cash drawer angle in addition with the member view incase of internal robbery. This is also not the case for all our branches. So looking for thoughts on standards of video coverage and how one can implement standardization across the board.
