Hello everyone,
I had an interesting question recently and was wondering if I could get some of your feedback as to how you might react or what recomendations you might have in this instance.
If a very good member, business and personal, were asking to refi two mortgages with us, the original mortgage is with us also, were to request closing costs be waived, what type of flags would that raise? Is there anything regulartory or compliance related that would hinder the CU from waiving those fees, or would it mainly just be at the risk of the CU?
